Got Cultured? Part 1

See? The title is like the "Got Milk?" slogan... Anyway we went to the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA) yesterday. I've been wanting to go FOREVER and so we went. I just love art so much, I wish we could have stayed longer. And I also wish the photography gallery wasn't closed for maintenance/repair/excuse. I don't know all the names of the artists and paintings because I forgot to keep a record. And when I realized I should do that we were almost ready to go. I hope I can post these. Warning: There A LOT of photos.
I don't take credit for any of these works. They are property of the Detroit Institute of Art. I was allowed to take photos of these paintings, drawings, structures, and antiques.

Now this is how you use a belt to accentuate your waist.

I love her dress. I would wear it (without the corset) as my wedding dress.

A Cabinet. Yeah...

This would look lovely in my bedroom. Plus it's made of horse hair!

Last Supper-esque painting

This is only a fraction of the painting. But it's the most interesting.
